CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Any NON FINAL SALE unwashed, unworn items may be returned within 21 days of your purchase date. Please do not send back any items that have been worn, used or washed as we will be unable to process your return. Once we have received your unused item your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. Your will be refunded in store credit. You will NOT be refunded for shipping charges. 

 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. 

PROMO code items are returnable as long as they meet the above criteria. Unfortunately promo codes can not be applied to previously purchased items. 

Faulty or damaged items may be returned. Please email a picture of any damaged items to thelilyroseboutique@yahoo.com within 10 days of receiving your item.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unwashed, unused, unworn items may be exchanged for a different size. Unless it is FINAL SALE. Many items sell out quickly. If you need a new size please order it as soon as possible and send back your original item. We will try to process your return as soon as possible, but would like to ensure you get the size you need before it sells out.

  

HOW SOON WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

As soon as you place your order we will try and process it within 2-3 business days. Once shipped items within the US generally take within 2-4 days to arrive. You should receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number allowing you to follow your items. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for any tracking information to show up.
